Common use of Term of Custody Clause in Contracts

Term of Custody. Promptly after written notice from the Facility Agent that (i) the security interest of the Facility Agent has been released, and (ii) this Agreement has terminated, the Custodian shall deliver all documents remaining in the Contract Files to the Collateral Manager or as directed by the Collateral Manager.
