Term of Employment; Termination. a. The period during which Executive shall be employed under this Agreement (the "Employment Term") commenced as of May 1, 2000 and shall continue through October 31, 2003, unless the Employment Term shall be sooner terminated as provided herein. b. The Employment Term shall terminate prior to any date otherwise specified in Section 3.a upon i.
