Common use of Term of Employment Clause in Contracts

Term of Employment. The period of Executive's employment under this Agreement shall begin as of January 1, 1997, and shall be for continuously renewing three (3) year terms, unless Executive's employment is terminated in accordance with Section 5 below.

Term of Employment. The period of Executive's employment under this Agreement shall begin as commence on February 14, 2000, or sooner at the option of January 1, 1997the Executive, and shall be for a continuously renewing three (3on a daily basis) five (5) year termsterm, without any further action by either the Company or Executive, unless Executive's employment is terminated in accordance with Section 5 below. The date on which Executive commences employment with the Company shall be referred to as the "Commencement Date" and the period during which Executive is employed hereunder shall be referred to as the "Employment Period".

Term of Employment. The period of Executive's employment under this Agreement shall begin as of January 1commence on May 22, 19972000, and shall be for a continuously renewing (on a daily basis) three (3) year termsterm, without any further action by either the Company or Executive, unless Executive's employment is terminated in accordance with Section 5 below. The date on which Executive commences employment with the Company shall be referred to as the "Commencement Date" and the period during which Executive is employed hereunder shall be referred to as the "Employment Period".

Term of Employment. The period term of Executive's employment under this Agreement shall begin as commence on the date of January 1, 1997, this Agreement (the "Effective Date") and shall be continue for continuously renewing a period of three (3) year termsyears following the Effective Date (the "Term"), unless Executive's employment is terminated earlier in accordance with Section 5 belowherewith.

Term of Employment. The period of Executive's employment under this Agreement shall begin as of January 1commence on April 17, 19972000, and shall be for a continuously renewing (on a daily basis) three (3) year termsterm, without any further action by either the Company or Executive, unless Executive's employment is terminated in accordance with Section 5 below. The date on which Executive commences employment with the Company shall be referred to as the "Commencement Date" and the period during which Executive is employed hereunder shall be referred to as the "Employment Period".

Term of Employment. The period of Executive's employment under this Agreement shall begin as of January 1commence on May 14, 19972001 ("Employment Date"), and shall continue for a period of two (2) years thereafter, and shall automatically be renewed for continuously renewing three successive one (31) year termsperiods thereafter, unless Executive's employment is terminated in accordance with Section 5 below. The period during which Executive is employed hereunder shall be referred to as the "Employment Period."

Term of Employment. The period employment of Executive's employment under the Executive pursuant to this Agreement shall begin as of January 1, 1997, and shall be for continuously renewing the period of three (3) year termsyears (the "Term") commencing on the Commencement Date, unless Executive's employment is renewed pursuant to Section 7 or sooner terminated in accordance with pursuant to Section 5 below8.

Term of Employment. The period of Executive's ’s employment under this Agreement shall begin as of January 1commence on December 7, 19972009 (“Employment Date”), and shall continue for a period of two (2) years, and shall automatically be renewed for continuously renewing three successive one (31) year termsperiods on each anniversary of the Employment Date thereafter, unless Executive's ’s employment is terminated in accordance with Section 5 below. The period during which Executive is employed hereunder shall be referred to as the “Employment Period.”

Term of Employment. The period of Executive's employment under this Agreement shall begin as of January 1commence on July 12, 19972001 ("Employment Date"), and shall continue for a period of two (2) years thereafter, and shall automatically be renewed for continuously renewing three successive one (31) year termsperiods thereafter, unless Executive's employment is terminated in accordance with Section 5 below. The period during which Executive is employed hereunder shall be referred to as the "Employment Period."

Term of Employment. The period of Executive's employment under this Agreement shall begin as of January 1, 1997commence on 11-22-99, and shall be for a continuously renewing (on a daily basis) three (3) year termsterm, without any further action by either the Company or Executive, unless Executive's employment is terminated in accordance with Section 5 below. The date on which Executive commences employment with the Company shall be referred to as the "Commencement Date" and the period during which Executive is employed hereunder shall be referred to as the "Employment Period".

Term of Employment. The period of Executive's employment under this Agreement shall begin as of commence on January 121, 19972004 ("Employment Date"), and shall continue for a period of two (2) years thereafter, and shall automatically be renewed for continuously renewing three successive one (31) year termsperiods thereafter, unless Executive's employment is terminated in accordance with Section 5 below. The period during which Executive is employed hereunder shall be referred to as the "Employment Period." This offer is subject to the successful completion of background check and drug screen.

Term of Employment. The period term of Executive's employment under this Agreement shall begin as (the "Term") commenced on the Effective Date and continues for a period of January 1, 1997, and shall be for continuously renewing three (3) year terms36 consecutive months from the Effective Date., unless Executive's employment is sooner terminated as provided in accordance with Section 5 below6 of this Agreement.

Term of Employment. The initial period of Executive's employment under this Agreement shall begin be three years. This Agreement shall automatically be renewed on the same terms for an additional period of two years (the initial three-year period and, if the period of employment is so renewed, such additional period of employment are collectively referred to herein as of the "Term") unless terminated by written notice given by the Company to Executive no later than January 1, 1997, and shall be for continuously renewing three (3) year terms, unless Executive's employment is terminated in accordance with Section 5 below2000.

Term of Employment. The period term of the Executive's employment under this Agreement (the "Employment Period") shall begin commence as of January 1, 1997the date of this Agreement, and shall be for continuously renewing end on December 21, 2002 (the date which is three (3) year termsyears from the date of this Agreement), unless Executive's employment is extended or terminated earlier in accordance with Section 5 below5.

Term of Employment. The period during which Executive is employed hereunder shall be referred to as the “Employment Period.”

Term of Employment. The period of Executive's employment under this Agreement shall begin be deemed to have commenced as of January 1, 1997June 1st; 1995, and shall be continue for continuously renewing three a period of ten (310) years until May 31st; 2005, and thereafter from year terms, unless Executive's employment is terminated in accordance with Section 5 belowto year as mutually agreed upon.

Term of Employment. The period of Executive's ’s employment under this Agreement shall begin as of commence on January 1, 19972003 (“Employment Date”), and shall continue for a period of two (2) years thereafter, and shall automatically be renewed for continuously renewing three successive one (31) year termsperiods thereafter, unless Executive's ’s employment is terminated in accordance with Section 5 below. The period during which Executive is employed hereunder shall be referred to as the “Employment Period.”

Term of Employment. The period of Executive's employment under this Agreement shall begin as of January 1commence on May 4, 19971992, and shall be for continuously renewing three (3) year terms, continue from day to day until and unless Executive's employment Executive is terminated for cause as specified in accordance with Section 5 paragraph 6 (a) below.

The period of Executive's ’s employment under this Agreement shall begin be deemed to have commenced as of January 1, 19971991, and shall be continue for continuously renewing three a period of five (35) years until December 31, 1996, and thereafter from year terms, unless Executive's employment is terminated in accordance with Section 5 belowto year as mutually agreed upon.

The period of Executive's employment under this Agreement shall begin as commence on March 13, 2000, or sooner at the option of January 1, 1997the Executive, and shall be for a continuously renewing three (3on a daily basis) five (5) year termsterm, without any further action by either the Company or Executive, unless Executive's employment is terminated in accordance with Section 5 below. The date on which Executive commences employment with the Company shall be referred to as the "Commencement Date" and the period during which Executive is employed hereunder shall be referred to as the "Employment Period".

The period during which Executive is employed hereunder shall be referred to as the “Employment Period.”

The period of Executive's employment under this Agreement shall begin as commence no later than the date of January 1, 1997, this Agreement (the "Commencement Date") and shall be continue for continuously renewing a period of three (3) year terms, years (the "Term") unless Executive's employment is sooner terminated by reason of any of the events enumerated in accordance with Section 5 below6 hereunder.

The period during which Executive is employed hereunder shall be referred to as the “Employment Period.”

The period during which Executive is employed hereunder shall be referred to as the "Employment Period."

Term of Employment. The period of Executive's ’s employment under this Agreement shall begin as of January 1commence on March 30, 19972006 (“Employment Date”), and shall continue for a period of two (2) years, and shall automatically be renewed for continuously renewing three successive one (31) year termsperiods on each anniversary of the Employment Date thereafter, unless Executive's ’s employment is terminated in accordance with Section 5 below. The period during which Executive is employed hereunder shall be referred to as the “Employment Period.”

Term of Employment. The Executive's `term of employment,' as this phrase is used through this Agreement, shall be for a period of Executive's employment under this Agreement shall begin as of four (4) years beginning January 1, 19972000 and ending December 31, 2003, and any extension thereof. The term of employment shall automatically be for continuously renewing three (3) year termsextended without further action by the parties as of December 31, 2003 and each succeeding December 31 thereafter, unless Executive's employment is terminated in accordance with Section 5 beloweither party shall have served 90 days' written notice upon the other prior to December 31, 2003 or prior to December 31 of each succeeding year, as the case may be, of its intention that the Agreement shall terminate at the end of the then current term of employment."

Term of Employment. The period of Executive's ’s employment under this Agreement shall begin as of commence on January 125, 19972007 (“Employment Date”), and shall continue for a period of two (2) years, and shall automatically be renewed for continuously renewing three successive one (31) year termsperiods on each anniversary of the Employment Date thereafter, unless Executive's ’s employment is terminated in accordance with Section 5 below. The period during which Executive is employed hereunder shall be referred to as the “Employment Period.”

Term of Employment. The period initial term of the Executive's employment under this Agreement shall begin commence on the Effective Date and, if not sooner terminated as of January 1provided in Section 4(b), 1997shall end on December 31, and shall be for continuously renewing three (3) year terms2000, unless except that, Executive's employment is terminated in accordance with shall automatically be extended for one additional twelve (12) month period if the non-qualified stock options awarded pursuant to Section 5 below3(c) of this Agreement have not fully vested by their terms on or prior to December 31, 2000.

The period during which Executive is employed hereunder shall be referred to as the “Employment Period.”

Term of Employment. The period of Executive's employment under this Agreement shall begin commence as of January 1, 19971996. It shall continue, subject to the other provisions of this Agreement, until January 1, 1998 and shall be thereafter for continuously renewing three (3) one successive one-year termsperiod unless earlier terminated pursuant to Section 14. Subsequent to completion of the one year term extension, unless if the term is extended and Executive's employment is not then terminated in accordance with pursuant to Section 5 below14(b), this Agreement shall be deemed terminated and of no further force or effect.

The period during which Executive is employed hereunder shall be referred to as the “Employment Period.”

The period of Executive's employment under this Agreement shall begin as of January October 1, 19971996 (the Commencement Date) and expire as of January 2, and 1999, unless sooner terminated as provided herein. The term of employment as in effect from time to time hereunder shall be for continuously renewing three (3) year terms, unless Executive's employment is terminated in accordance with Section 5 belowreferred to as the "Employment Term".

Term of Employment. The period of Executive's employment under this Agreement shall begin as of January 1, 19971996, and shall be for continuously renewing three (3) year terms, unless Executive's employment is terminated in accordance with Section 5 below.
