Term of Managing Member. A Managing Member shall serve until the earlier of: (i) the resignation of such Managing Member; or (ii) the removal of the Managing Member for gross negligence, self-dealing, embezzlement, or breach of this Agreement by all other Members.
Term of Managing Member. A Managing Member shall hold office until his/her or its resignation, removal, dissolution (if an entity), or death (if an individual).
Term of Managing Member. Unless otherwise provided by Majority Consent, a Person shall cease to be a Managing Member upon the earliest to occur of any of the following: (a) the Managing Member's voluntary resignation effective as of the prospective date provided in a written notice from the Managing Member to the Company; (b) the Managing Member's removal as such by Majority Consent; or (c) the Managing Member's (I) death, (ii) incompetency as set forth in section 183.0802(f)(2) of the WLLCL, (iii) ceasing to be a Member of the Company for any reason, or (iv) assignment of all of the Managing Member's economic interest in the Company.
Term of Managing Member. The Managing Member shall serve until the earliest of:

Subject to Section 6.1, the Managing Member shall serve until the earliest of: (a) the date on which the Managing Member ceases to be a Member of the Company; or (b) the resignation of the Managing Member for any reason. Any vacancy in the office of the Managing Member shall be filled by the Consent of the Members Committee.
