Term of Managing Member Sample Clauses

Term of Managing Member. A Managing Member shall serve until the earlier of: (i) the resignation of such Managing Member; or (ii) the removal of the Managing Member for gross negligence, self-dealing, embezzlement, or breach of this Agreement by all other Members.

Term of Managing Member. A Managing Member shall hold office until his/her or its resignation, removal, dissolution (if an entity), or death (if an individual).
