Term of Members. The member of the Market Reliability Planning Committee appointed by the ISO shall serve until replaced by the ISO. Members of the Market Reliability Planning Committee appointed by a Participant or group of Participants shall serve until replaced by the Participant or Participants which appointed them or until such Participant or Participants cease to be Participants or otherwise lose their right to appoint the member. Appointment or replacement of a member shall be effected by the ISO or a Participant or group of Participants by giving written notice of such appointment or replacement to the Secretary of the Market Reliability Planning Committee.
