Use of Mailboxes. The Association may use the District’s Certified Staff mailboxes for dissemination of information pertaining to the Association’s routine business matters. Such matters might include local, state, and national newsletters and information pieces, notices of meetings, notices of recreational and social activities, surveys, elections and election results, or other routine matters. Distribution of materials other than as described above shall first be cleared through the Superintendent or his/her designee consistent with the District’s practice concerning use of mailboxes for distribution of material generally.
