Common use of Term of Members Clause in Contracts

Term of Members. The member of the Regional Transmission Planning ---------------- Committee appointed by the ISO shall serve until replaced by the ISO. Other members of the Regional Transmission Planning Committee shall serve until replaced by the Participant or Participants which appointed them or until such Participant or Participants shall lose their status as Participants or otherwise lose their right to appoint the member. Appointment or replacement of a member shall be effected by the ISO or a Participant or group of Participants by giving written notice of such appointment or replacement to the Secretary of the Regional Transmission Planning Committee.
