Common use of Term of Order Forms Clause in Contracts

Term of Order Forms. The initial term of each Order Form shall commence on the date of such Order Form and shall continue for the Subscription Term set out in such Order Form. Thereafter, the Order Form shall automatically renew for additional successive periods of 12 months each (or such other period as may be set forth on such Order Form (each, a “Renewal Term”), unless either Party provides at least thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to the other Party of its intent to not renew such Order Form.
