Common use of Term of Purchase Clause in Contracts

Term of Purchase. Orders may be placed consistent with the terms of this Master Agreement and applicable Participating Addendum during the term of the Master Agreement and Participating Addendum. 7.5.1 Orders must be placed pursuant to this Master Agreement prior to the termination date thereof, but may have a delivery date or performance period up to 120 days past the then-current termination date of this Master Agreement. 7.5.2 Notwithstanding the previous, Orders must also comply with the terms of the applicable Participating Addendum, which may further restrict the period during which Orders may be placed or delivered. 7.5.3 Financial obligations of Purchasing Entities payable after the current applicable fiscal year are contingent upon agency funds for that purpose being appropriated, budgeted, and otherwise made available. 7.5.4 Notwithstanding the expiration, cancellation or termination of this Master Agreement, Contractor shall perform in accordance with the terms of any Orders then outstanding at the time of such expiration or termination.
