Term of SOW; Interim Period. The term of this SOW, including all extensions, shall end on , which date shall not exceed 20 years measured beginning from the Commencement Date. The SOW shall be effective and binding upon the parties upon its execution by the parties. All energy savings achieved during the Interim Period shall be fully credited to Department.
