Common use of Term of Sublease Clause in Contracts

Term of Sublease. a. The term of this sublease agreement shall be for an initial period of ONE year, commencing on July 1 2011. and terminating on March 31 2012. unless earlier terminated by breach of the terms and conditions of this Sublease Agreement. x.
