Term of Subscriptions. Subscriptions to the Platform or a Product commence on the Start Date and continue for the Subscription Term specified in the applicable Proposal or Subscription. Unless otherwise set forth in an Proposal or Subscription, subscriptions shall automatically renew for additional periods of one year for the fees set forth in the applicable Proposal or Subscription unless either party gives the other notice of non-renewal at least 30 days prior to the end of the then-current Subscription Term.
