Term of the Agreement; Amendments. The Term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and, unless earlier terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, shall expire on the last day of the calendar month which is five (5) years following the Effective Date. This Agreement shall automatically renew for additional successive five (5) year terms unless a Party provides notice to the other Party of termination at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the end of the initial or any renewal term. In the event that revisions this Agreement are approved or adopted by ICANN, You may, within fifteen (15) calendar days after receiving notice of such amendment, terminate this Agreement immediately by giving written notice to us. In the event that we do not receive such notice of termination from You within the fifteen-day period, You shall be deemed to have accepted the revisions to this Agreement effective pursuant to the terms of our notice.
