Common use of Term of the Agreement Clause in Contracts

Term of the Agreement. 2.1 The term of this Agreement shall be three years, beginning January 8, 2001, and shall apply to the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. If as of the expiration of this Agreement, a Subsequent Agreement (as defined in Section 2.2 below) has not been executed by the Parties, this Agreement shall continue on a month-to- month basis while a Subsequent Agreement is being negotiated. The Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to this Agreement after expiration shall be as set forth in Section 2.4 below.

The Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to this Agreement after expiration shall be as set forth in Section 2.4 below.

Term of the Agreement. 2.1 The term of this Agreement shall be three two years, beginning January 8July 14, 2001, 1999 and shall apply to the states state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. If as of the expiration of this Agreement, a Subsequent Agreement (as defined in Section 2.2 below) has not been executed by the Parties, this Agreement shall continue on a month-to- to-month basis while a Subsequent Agreement is being negotiated.
