Common use of Term of the Equipment Clause in Contracts

Term of the Equipment. GKF agrees to provide to Medical Center the Equipment pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, for a term of ten (10) years from the Commencement Date as described in Paragraph 4 hereinabove (the "Term"), unless terminated earlier as provided herein.
