Common use of Term of the Permitted Use Clause in Contracts

Term of the Permitted Use. A student who submits a properly signed policy and who follows the policy to which he/she has agreed will have computer network and Internet access during the course of one school year only. Students will be asked to sign a new policy each school year before he/she will be given an access account.
