TERM; REVOCABILITY. This License is a revocable, personal, non-assignable, non-exclusive, and non-possessory privilege to enter and use the License Area for the Permitted Activity only on a temporary basis that commences on the Commencement Date and expires on the Expiration Date specified in the Basic License Information ("Term") unless sooner terminated pursuant to the terms of this License. Without limiting any of Port's rights hereunder, by initialing below, Licensee agrees and acknowledges that Port may, in its sole and absolute discretion, revoke or terminate this License at any time prior to the Expiration Date, without cause and without obligation to pay any consideration to Licensee ("Port's Termination Right").
