Terminating InterMTA Traffic. 4.4.1.1 All WSP terminating InterMTA Traffic is subject to the rates, terms and conditions set forth in AT&T-21STATE’s federal and/or state access service tariffs and is owed and payable to AT&T- 21STATE.
