This agreement describes the benefits, exclusions, conditions and limitations provided under your plan. It shall be construed under and shall be governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the State of Rhode Island and federal law as amended from time to time. Neither Party will provide this element in locations where the property owner provides its own wiring to the End User’s premises, where a third party owns the wiring to the End User’s premises.

License Termination Customer may terminate the license for an ICA Program at any time on one month's written notice to IBM. For ICA Program licenses that Customer acquired for a one-time charge, replacement licenses may be acquired for an upgrade charge, if available. When Customer obtains licenses for these replacement ICA Programs, Customer agrees to terminate the license of the replaced ICA Programs when charges become due, unless IBM specifies otherwise. IBM may terminate Customer’s license if Customer fails to comply with the license terms. If IBM does so, Customer’s authorization to use the ICA Program is also terminated.

If we need more time, however, we may take up to forty-five (45) days to investigate your complaint or question. If we decide to do this, we will credit your Account within ten (10) business days for the amount you think is in error, so that you will have use of the money during the time it takes to complete the investigation. If we ask you to put your complaint or question in writing and you do not provide it within ten (10) business days, we may not credit your Account. For errors involving a new Account, POS transactions, or foreign-initiated transactions, we may take up to ninety (90) days to investigate your complaint or question. How to Update Your Records You agree to promptly update your registration records if your e-mail address or other information changes. You may update your records, such as your e-mail address, by using the Profile page.
Compensation for Providing Information The Party requesting Information agrees to reimburse the other Party for the reasonable out-of-pocket costs, if any, of creating, gathering and copying such Information, to the extent that such costs are incurred for the benefit of the requesting Party.
PROTECTION OF YOUR CONTENT 5.1 In order to protect Your Content provided to Oracle as part of the provision of the Services, Oracle will comply with the applicable administrative, physical, technical and other safeguards, and other applicable aspects of system and content management, available at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/us/corporate/contracts/cloud-services/index.html. 5.2 To the extent Your Content includes Personal Data (as that term is defined in the applicable data privacy policies and the Data Processing Agreement (as that term is defined below)), Oracle will furthermore comply with the following: a. the relevant Oracle privacy policies applicable to the Services, available at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/us/legal/privacy/overview/index.html; and b. the applicable version of the Data Processing Agreement for Oracle Services (the “Data Processing Agreement”), unless stated otherwise in Your order. In the event of any conflict between the terms of the Data Processing Agreement and the terms of the Service Specifications (including any applicable Oracle privacy policies), the terms of the Data Processing Agreement shall take precedence.
