TERMINATING THIS AGREEMENT. 10.1 This Agreement will continue to apply until terminated by either you or Google as set out below. 10.2 If you want to terminate this Agreement, you must provide Google with thirty (30) days prior written notice (unless this Agreement terminates under Section 14.1) and cease your use of any relevant developer credentials. 10.3 Google may at any time, terminate this Agreement with you if: (A) you have breached any provision of this Agreement; or (B) Google is required to do so by law; or (C) you cease being an authorized Developer; or (D) Google decides to no longer provide the Market.
