Termination Absent Cure. If Subcontractor files a petition under the Bankruptcy Code, this Subcontract shall terminate if Subcontractor or Subcontractor’s trustee rejects the Subcontract or, if there has been a default, Subcontractor is unable to give adequate assurance that Subcontractor will perform as required by this Subcontract or otherwise is unable to comply with the requirements for assuming this Subcontract under the applicable provisions of the Bankruptcy Code.
