Termination After a Change of Control. The Employee may terminate his employment with the Employer at any time after a change of control, in which event the Employer shall be obligated to pay to the Employee, on or before the effective date of such termination, the Employee's regular compensation (as in effect on the date of such termination) through the effective date of termination, and the amounts, if any, required by the terms of any applicable Plan in accordance with paragraph 11 hereof.
