Common use of Termination and Amendments Clause in Contracts

Termination and Amendments. a) This Agreement shall be in full force and effect as of the December 21, 2017, and continue in full force and effect through the thirtieth {30th) day of June 2020, and from year to year thereafter, except as hereinafter provided.
