Reporting Guarantee. When an employee is called, and reports for duty, on his regular scheduled work day he shall be guaranteed a minimum of four (4) hours work and/or pay. If he works in excess of four (4) hours, he shall be guaranteed eight (8) hours work or pay.

Reporting Guarantee. A Flight Attendant shall be credited with one (1) hour of hourly flight pay when he/she reports for duty and fails to depart.
Reporting Guarantee. An employee scheduled to work and so reporting shall be assigned work for at least half of the hours scheduled, or will be paid at his/her regular straight time hourly rate of pay for a total of half of the hours scheduled, unless he/she has refused to perform any work assigned, unless work is not available due to conditions beyond the control of the Hospital. The reporting allowance as outlined herein shall not apply whenever an employee has received prior notice not to report for work.

If Netifice determines that a managed device is unavailable for 30 minutes, it will deem the device unmonitored and notify the Customer. Managed Devices (only applicable to Netifice Managed Security Services) Netifice guarantees that it will provide device management as outlined in the change request matrix. For each failure to adhere to the requirements in the change request matrix, the end-user will be granted one Service Credit. Managed Device Scheduled Maintenance Outages At times it will be necessary to schedule a maintenance outage on Customer based security devices for regular maintenance and upkeep (bug patches, OS fixes, etc.). Netifice will schedule such fixes with a minimum of 24 hours notice to the Customer. Netifice will make a best effort to avoid scheduling such outages during "business hours". If a scheduled maintenance outage is necessary on an emergency basis to prevent a possible security violation, Netifice can notify the Customer with one-hour advance notice. The Customer will be notified of scheduled maintenance outages via the Netifice Secure Internet Portal and a designated single point of contact through the method selected by Netifice (telephone, email, fax or pager). Monthly Reporting Monthly digest reports of the previous month's service will be available by the 5th of the month via the Netifice Secure Internet Portal. If monthly digest reports are not available as guaranteed, Netifice will credit the Customer one Service Credit.

Reporting Guarantee. Intira guarantees to notify PartMiner within fifteen (15) minutes after Intira's determination that PartMiner's Network Service is unavailable. Intira's standard procedure is to ping PartMiner's router or Intira-managed server every five (5) minutes and system response verification test as appropriate and if PartMiner's router does not respond after two consecutive five-minute ping cycles, Intira will deem the service unavailable and will contact PartMiner's designated point of contact by a method mutually agreed to by the parties. This Reporting Guarantee is applicable only if PartMiner provides all PartMiner information and contact forms to Intira reasonably requested by Intira. PartMiner is solely responsible for providing Intira accurate and current contact information for PartMiner's designated points of contact. Intira will be relieved of its obligations under this Reporting Guarantee if Intira's contact information for PartMiner is out of date or inaccurate due to PartMiner's action or omission or if Intira's failure is due to reasons of Force Majeure (as defined in the Netsourcing Services Agreement); provided, however, the parties acknowledge that PartMiner's notice under this Netsourcing Service Level Agreement shall be sufficient to satisfy PartMiner's requirement to provide up-to-date contact information. For each instance in a given calendar month that Intira fails to meet this Reporting Guarantee, PartMiner's account shall be credited the pro-rated charges for two (2) days of the Intira monthly fee for the service with respect to which this Guarantee has not been met; provided that PartMiner may obtain no more than one (1) credit per day, irrespective of how often in that day Intira failed to meet the Reporting Guarantee. ON-TIME INSTALLATION GUARANTEE: Intira guarantees to have installation of all infrastructure including, without limitation, hardware, operating software, Intira installed software, firewalls, applications, routers, and network circuits completed on or before FEBRUARY 28, 2000 ("Installation Date"). This ON-TIME INSTALLATION GUARANTEE is not available for PartMiner telephone company circuits, or if installation delay is attributable to such circuits, PartMiner equipment (PartMiner owned gear), PartMiner's facility, acts or omissions of PartMiner, its employees or agents, or reasons of Force Majeure (as defined in the applicable service agreement).
