Termination and Extension. 7.1 Except as otherwise provided in Section 2.6, this License Agreement shall terminate automatically at the end of the term specified in Section 2.1. 7.2 The Licence Agreement will be terminated if a bankruptcy proceeding is filed against the Licensee.
