TERMINATION AND FURTHER COMPENSATION. (a) The employment of Executive under this Employment Agreement and the term hereof may be terminated: (i) by Employer or Executive at any time upon thirty (30) days notice to the other party of such termination, or (ii) by Employer on death or permanent disability of Executive, or (iii) By Employer for cause at any time.
