Elective Payments by Employer if Voluntary Termination by Executive. In the event of the termination of Executive’s employment by Executive pursuant to subsection (a)(i) above, Employer may, in its sole discretion, elect to make Salary Payments to Executive pursuant to Section 9(a)(C) below, however Employer shall have no obligation to pay any compensation or benefits of any kind other than salary that has accrued but not been paid up to and including the date of termination, and any bonus accrued but not paid for fiscal years that have been completed as of the date of termination. The foregoing provisions of this subsection (e) notwithstanding and without limiting the generality of the preceding provisions, Executive shall be entitled to continued medical benefits coverage under the Employer’s medical plan during any month for which Employer elects to make Salary Payments pursuant to Section 9(a)(C) below.

  • Voluntary Termination by Executive The Executive may voluntarily terminate his employment for any reason and such termination shall take effect 30 days after the receipt by Company of the Notice of Termination. Upon the effective date of such termination, Executive shall be entitled to (a) accrued and unpaid Salary and vacation through such termination date; and (b) all other compensation and benefits that were vested through such termination date. In the event Executive is terminated without notice, it shall be deemed a termination by the Company for Cause.
