Termination and Suspension 9. 1 Unless otherwise agreed in prevailing terms and conditions this SRS Agreement may be terminated by either Party in writing at any time, giving a notice period of 8 weeks. The validity of any other agreements between You and Us shall be unaffected by a termination of this SRS Agreement. If other agreements have been concluded on the basis of this SRS Agreement, they may have to be adapted upon termination, e.g. in respect of remuneration or response times. 9.2 Either Party shall be entitled to terminate this SRS Agreement with immediate effect if the other Party breaches this SRS Agreement and if such breach will not be cured for a period of 30 days from receipt of notice of the breach of the other Party. 9.3 We shall be entitled to suspend this SRS 7. Aktualizace podmínek a bezpečnostní koncepce 7.1 Jsme oprávněni měnit a/nebo aktualizovat tyto Všeobecné podmínky vzdáleného připojení a/nebo Naši Bezpečnostní koncepci s cílem zohlednit technický pokrok, změny právních předpisů a další vývoj Našich nabídek. 7.2 Tyto změny a/nebo aktualizace nesmí ohrozit kvalitu a provedení Připojení SRS. 7.3 Xxxxxx Xxx informovat o změnách oznámením zaslaným alespoň 30 dnů předem. Poskytneme Vám přístup k aktualizovaným podmínkám. 8. Certifikace Naše servisní organizace bude udržovat certifikovaný systém řízení informační bezpečnosti pro účely Připojení SRS. V tomto ohledu budeme podléhat pravidelným externím auditům uskutečňovaným nezávislými třetími stranami. Rozsah a podrobnosti certifikace jsou stanoveny v aktuální Bezpečnostní koncepci. 9. Ukončení a pozastavení 9.1 Není-li v podmínkách, které mají přednost, sjednáno jinak, tato Smlouva SRS může být kteroukoli Smluvní stranou kdykoli písemně ukončena s výpovědní lhůtou 8 týdnů. Platnost jiných smluv mezi Vámi a Námi není ukončením této Smlouvy SRS dotčena. Pokud byly na základě Smlouvy SRS uzavřeny jiné smlouvy, je možné, že budou po jejím ukončení muset být upraveny, např. s ohledem na odměnu nebo doby odezvy. 9.2 Každá ze Smluvních stran je oprávněna tuto Smlouvu SRS ukončit s okamžitou účinností, pokud druhá Smluvní strana tuto Smlouvu SRS poruší a takové porušení nebude napraveno do 30 dnů od obdržení oznámení o porušení druhou Smluvní stranou. 9.3 Jsme oprávněni tuto Smlouvu SRS Agreement and/or the SRS Connection with immediate effect if you are in breach of this SRS Agreement or if We are - acting reasonably- of the opinion that the SRS Connection to one or more of Your Products contains a risk for the securit...

  • Termination and Suspension Customer is entitled to suspend the performance of its obligations in whole or in part or terminate the Agreement with immediate effect, without prejudice to its right to claim damages and without any compensation to or indemnification of Supplier (i) in case Supplier has been declared bankrupt, is in a state of liquidation, has ceased or suspended whole or a substantial part of its business, is subject of a court order or preventative legal scheme of settlement, (ii) in case of non- compliance with the Compliance Requirements or the provisions of safety, health, environment and security or (iii) in case of not approved changes pursuant to article 10. After such termination Customer may return received Goods and/or Services in whole or partly against repayment and retransfer of ownership therein to Supplier.

  • Term Termination and Suspension 18.1 This Agreement shall be effective from the Effective Date for the Term. The Service shall commence on the Commencement Date and continue until the Completion Date, whereupon this Agreement shall expire unless terminated earlier in accordance with its terms.
