Termination at the End of Term. At the end of the Term of this Agreement, the Parties have the following options:
Termination at the End of Term. Upon written notice delivered by Manager or Licensee at least 90 days prior to the end of the Initial Term or any Extended Term, this Agreement shall expire on the last day of the then operative Term. Furthermore, this Agreement shall immediately terminate upon the termination of the License Agreement.
Termination at the End of Term. This Agreement shall terminate at the end of the Term set forth in Section 2 above.
