Termination by Concessionaire on Maha-Metro Default. (a) In the event that the any of the following events of default, shall have occurred, Maha- Metro shall be deemed to be in default of the Agreement (“Maha-Metro Default”), save and except to the extent that the same is attributable to a Force Majeure Event and/ or a Concessionaire Default. The defaults referred to above shall mean the following default of obligations of Maha-Metro under the Agreement:
