Common use of Termination by Garan for Cause Clause in Contracts

Termination by Garan for Cause. Garan shall have the right to terminate your employment under this Employment Agreement at any time upon a determination by Xxxxx to dismiss you for Cause as defined in Annex I to this Employment Agreement. Upon such termination for Cause, Xxxxx'x sole obligation shall be to pay you any accrued but unpaid Base Compensation and executive employee benefits described in Sections 2.1 and 2.2 as of the date of the termination of your employment.
