Common use of Termination by Officer Clause in Contracts

Termination by Officer. Officer may terminate his employment hereunder at any time upon sixty (60) days written notice. Upon such termination by Officer, other than termination in accordance with Section 8 (ii) or 8 (iii) herein, the Company shall pay the Officer his Base Salary due through the date on which his employment is terminated at the rate in effect at the time of notice of termination. The Company shall than have no further obligation to Officer under this Agreement.

The Company shall than have no further obligation to Officer under this Agreement.

Upon such termination by Officer, other than termination in accordance with Section 8 (ii) or 8 (iii) hereintermination, the Company Officer shall pay be entitled to receive the Officer his Base Salary due through base salary compensation and fringe benefits payable to the date on which his employment is terminated at the rate in effect at the time of notice of termination. The Company shall than have no further obligation to Officer under this AgreementAgreement through the effective date of such termination, and if the termination is a retirement of Officer from the Employer with the consent of the Board, he shall be entitled to receive any incentive bonus to which he is otherwise entitled.
