Termination by Oragenics. Following the full payment of the Technology Access Fee to Intrexon in full satisfaction of the terms of the Equity Agreement, Oragenics shall have the right to voluntarily terminate this Agreement in its entirety upon ninety (90) days written notice to Intrexon.
