Termination by Professional for Default. If the Owner defaults by failing to substantially perform in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the Professional shall give written notice the Owner setting forth the nature of the default and requesting cure within seven (7) calendar days from the date of notice. If the Owner fails to cure within seven (7) calendar days from the date of notice may give notice to the Owner of immediate termination.
