Common use of Termination by the College President Clause in Contracts

Termination by the College President. The Alcohol and Other Drug Review Panel, Judicial Board, Temporary Hearing Board, Title IX Board, and Appeals Board have the ability to recommend to the Xxxx College President or their designee termination of a student’s housing contract for violations of the honor principle or other community governance policies. Any final decision by the President or their designee that terminates the housing contract is generally effective immediately upon issuance of said final decision.
