Termination by the Company Outside the Protection Period. In the event the Company terminates the Executive’s employment outside the Protection Period, the Executive will not be entitled to receive the Severance Benefits set forth in Section 4 hereof. The Executive shall, however, comply with the provisions of Section 5 hereof. The Company may, in its sole discretion, provide some form or amount of severance benefits to the Executive in such circumstances as the Company shall, in its sole discretion, determine.

  • Termination by the Company with Cause The Company shall have the right at any time to terminate the Executive's employment hereunder without prior notice upon the occurrence of any of the following (any such termination being referred to as a termination for "Cause"):

  • Termination by the Company Subject to Section 13(f) hereof, the Company shall have the right, by giving three (3) days’ notice as hereinafter specified to terminate this Agreement in its sole discretion at any time after the date of this Agreement.
