Common use of Termination by the Company with Notice Clause in Contracts

Termination by the Company with Notice. NXP may terminate your employment at any time during the course of this Agreement by giving to you three (3) months’ notice in writing. NXP also may elect to provide payment in lieu of the notice requirement without affecting this provision. During the notice period, or unless otherwise instructed in writing by the President and CEO of NXP, you must continue to fulfill all duties and responsibilities of your role with NXP. Your salary and benefits will remain unchanged during the notice period unless NXP has already made payment in lieu of notice.
