Termination Calculation. An Employee who leaves the Company for any reason whatsoever shall receive vacation pay at the appropriate percentage of the wages earned during the period of entitlement in accordance with the Employee's years of service as provided in Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 above.
