Common use of Termination due to Events of Default Clause in Contracts

Termination due to Events of Default. If before the expiry of the Remedial Period, the underlying Event of Default is neither cured nor waived nor the Parties and the Lenders have agreed upon any of the measures in accordance with Section 15.4, the Party who has issued the Consultation Notice shall have the right to terminate this Agreement, in which event, the provisions of Article 16 shall, to the extent expressly made applicable, apply.

Termination due to Events of Default. If before the expiry of the Remedial Period, the underlying Event of Default is neither cured nor waived nor the Parties and the Lenders have agreed upon any of the measures in accordance with Section 15.4otherwise, the Party who has issued the Consultation Notice shall have the right to terminate this Agreement in accordance with terms of this Agreement, in which event, the provisions of Article 16 shall, to the extent expressly made applicable, apply.
