Termination Due to occurrence of Force Majeure event. Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available under this Agreement, the Agreement may be terminated through mutual consent of parties upon occurrence and continued persistence beyond 180 (one hundred eighty) days of a Force Majeure Event as mentioned in Article 24.
