Termination Due to Operator Event of Default. 17.1.1.1 Upon termination of this Agreement on account of an Operator Event of Default at any time, the Operator shall pay to the Authority, as Termination Compensation, an amount equal to the value of the Performance Security. In this regard the Authority may, as the Termination Compensation due from the Operator, encash the entire Performance Security.
