Termination Due to Voluntary Resignation. If the Employee voluntarily resigns from the Company (in which case such resignation shall be effective on the date the Employee provides the Company with notice of such resignation), the Employee shall be entitled to receive any salary, bonus or other benefits earned and accrued prior to the date of resignation, together with reimbursement for any out-of-pocket expenses incurred prior to the date of resignation.
