Termination for Absenteeism. (a) Regular attendance at work or conducting work is an essential element of the job for which Executive has been hired. Without limiting the Company's right to terminate Executive pursuant to Section 6.2 or 6.3 hereof, in the event that Executive is absent from work for 120 consecutive days, Executive's employment hereunder may be terminated by the Company.
