Common use of TERMINATION FOR ACTUAL DELAY Clause in Contracts

TERMINATION FOR ACTUAL DELAY. If, due to Excusable Delays, delivery of the Aircraft is delayed for a period of more than six (6) months after the end of the calendar month in which delivery is otherwise required hereunder in accordance with the Scheduled Aircraft Delivery, either Lessor or Lessee may terminate this Lease by giving written notice to that effect to the other within ten (10) days after the expiration of such six-month period.
