Termination for Conflict of Interest. ‌ The Commission may terminate this Charter Contract by written notice to the Governing Board if it is determined, after due notice and examination, that any party to this Charter Contract has violated the ethics or conflicts of interest provisions of this Charter Contract, or any other laws regarding ethics in public acquisitions and procurement and performance of contracts.
