Common use of Termination for Conflict of Interest Clause in Contracts

Termination for Conflict of Interest. The State of Mississippi may terminate this Master Agreement by written notice to Contractor if it is determined, after due notice and examination, that any party to this Master Agreement has violated any laws regarding ethics in public acquisitions and procurement and performance of contracts. In the event this Master Agreement is so terminated, the State of Mississippi and /or Purchasing Entity shall be entitled to pursue the same remedies against Contractor as it could pursue in the event that the Contractor breaches this Master Agreement.
