Termination for Convenience by Owner. (Required by FAA. The Owner may terminate this Contract without cause at any time by providing fifteen (15) days prior written notice to Contractor. Upon receipt of a written notice of termination, except as explicitly directed by the Owner, the Contractor shall immediately proceed with the following obligations regardless of any delay in determining or adjusting amounts due under this clause:
