Common use of Termination for Default by Either Party Clause in Contracts

Termination for Default by Either Party. Either party may terminate the Agreement for default based on a material breach by the other party that is not cured within fourteen (14) days after written notice from the other party. The party terminating for default shall notify the other party in writing of the default termination, specifying the reasons for the termination.
