Termination for Failure to Pay. In the event Firm Participant fails to pay any fees required under this Agreement, NWWMLS may terminate service without being subject to arbitration. In its sole discretion, NWWMLS may suspend its performance under this Agreement rather than terminating it, in the event that Firm Participant fails to pay any fees required under this Agreement.
