Termination for Failure to Pay. In the event Firm Participant fails to pay to Reseller any fees required under this or any Reseller Agreement, MRED or any Reseller may terminate service. In its sole discretion, MRED may suspend its performance under this Agreement rather than terminating it, in the event that Firm Participant fails to pay to Reseller any fees required under this or any Reseller Agreement.
